Shades of Scarlet

This particular hue is a favorite of mine...I love its depth and richness.

The fabric hanging above the canopy adds dimension and drama to the room that is completely enhanced by the pattern and color of the design.

And the elements of this bathroom are spectacular...A skylight, pendant lantern, tile floor, and scarlet wainscoating! I love the architectural detail the panelling adds to the space. Beautiful!

Great Details

This is my dream backsplash! I am so fond of this purple tile, particularly paired with the brass hardware and fantastic copper sink. It could work for either a kitchen or a powder room...I don't think I would ever get sick of seeing this beautiful combination.

I know I'm late to this game, but I finally joined Pinterest over the holiday break, and trolling the site for new inspiration and images is addicting! I found this picture there, as well as so many more. I highly recommend it; it's a fantastic way to organize and store design examples that you love.

Shower Style

These showers really create amazing rooms...Do you think of your bathroom as a room, especially as one that can set the tone for your whole house?

I think the impact of these spaces makes it clear how much bath design should never be overlooked! Wouldn't you love to start your day in a shower so lovely?
