Spaghetti squash is one of my absolute favorite foods, and I'm always excited to see new and exciting recipes for it. This one in particular really struck me, as it puts a fantastic Asian twist on the squash by adding sesame oil, edamame, tamari sauce, and cilantro...
Which sounds perfectly scrumptious...And the dish is practically carb-free! Add a little (or a lot) of sriracha, and I would be in heaven. I can't wait to try this recipe out soon!
