Hermès recently announced that they will be debuting a limited edition line of saris, and the first few images that have been released are gorgeous! I totally flipped for the mix of patterns and colors in this first example. The use of grey, maroon, pink, and orange is fantastic, and I find the variation in pattern so fun and inspirational. Wouldn't it make a perfect design scheme for a room?
The French luxury retailer opened shop in India in 2008, and inaugurated this beautiful store in Bombay this June. Their market must be thriving, as the 28 saris in the line will cost a pretty penny - between $6100 and $8200 for each creation. I can't wait to see the full range of designs!
